The seller stated that they had recently paid a electrican to add another 240 volt circuit for a combination heat and cool through the wall unit I guess he added it alright

To another breaker but he upsized the breaker to ensure it would not trip unless it was onfire:twisted:

Yipper the bottom right breaker fed the original 1956 panel inside;-)

Looks like a federal pacific panel box, that could be another problem there. Multiple wires going to 220 circuit breaker ouch
