AKA Sub-panel

House built in the 50’s, electrical panels have been updated with 3 wire outlets. The main disconnects were outside and (2) 100 amp aka sub-panels were in basement. the panel were wired like main panel, because the bonding jumper was still attached and the neutrals and ground were sharing the same bus bars and the conduit feeding the sub-panel was metal conduit. QUESTION (1) does the metal conduit feeding the sub-panels (remote panel) make this application acceptable
Thank you in advance

The metallic conduit can serve as the grounding conductor. The grounds should have been separated onto a dedicated grounding bar along with any bond screw or strap.
