My brain isn’t functioning properly after a long week, so would love some input. Inspected a condo today with grounds and neutrals terminating on the same bus bar. My question: is any panel downstream from the main disconnect a distribution panel, and thus subject to the separated grounds and neutrals rule?
There were a host of other serious problems with this panel and the wiring in the unit so am recommending further evaluation by a QEC, but want to be sure I’m not wrong in pointing out the grounds/neutrals issue.
