2 EGC’s, one on left and one on the right of main panel. The left one is bonded to the main neutral and to panel but the right one is bonded to the panel only. Does this make the right EGC bond to the neutral since both are connected to the panel? I have never seen this before.
I know about the double lugs of neutrals and neutral to ground.
Yes. Both bars are bonded to the grounded neutral.
The one on the right is a violation since the neutral current is not permitted to flow on the enclosure.
