Indoor rated sub panel outside

Pretty sure already know the answer but a 125amp sub panel I-T-E indoor load center should not be outside reguardless if it i in a Main panel enclosure right. The way the cover is wedged in it does notline up withthe breakers.

You would first need to determine what the location of that panel is, my guess is that by NEC definition that it falls under a damp location. Then the panel would need to be rated for installation in a damp location.
