Inspection one year ago, every thing ok. How many problems do you see?

3 double taps, loose wires not connected to breakers, missing bushings

Just a few:

-missing connectors on A/C and NM cables in center KO and elsewhere -mismatched CB’s
-EGCs twisted together and landed in large lugs in upper corners
-two conductors under a single screw on neutral bar and breakers
-White conductor on single pole CB

  1. I see a buss bar for the grounding and some grounds at the top of the service panel, but no grounds to it. Where is the ground? Is the service panel bonded?
  2. Looks like orange tape across two 120 volt breakers.
  3. What’s the black wire to the right buss bar?
  4. Hard to tell from the photo but the bottom right breaker looks like the wire is 14 ga on a 20 amp breaker.
  5. Of course the double taps and loose wires.

This house was a nightmare. I wrote up 29 electrical defects in this place. There was no ground wire or ground rod. Inspector one year ago for a 4 point said every thing was ok. I advised him to call an electrician

I see five but its a lousy pic. Sorry.

Are those types of defects supposed to be called out on a Four Point inspection? I’m not familiar with FL standards.

This form has the same requirements as the one I use , just a different layout. Also a check box beside each item.

I would advise the seller to call whoever did that prior report and make him come out and pay for all of the repairs. Inspectors who report like that should not be tolerated by those of us who do the right thing.
