Obstructed panel

I often review a property listing info if available to get the lay of the land before an inspection.

Hmmm. I wonder what else I will run into.

How do you know that is the panel?

I don’t but I have seen enough of them like this to be pretty sure.

I’ll take door #2.

I’ll let you know if you won

I would move the lamp lol

Yeah I was expecting more from the title

Mike, that may be a pull down ironing board!..LOL

Bert

I’ll watch out for the outlet in the enclosure.

And yes I intend to move the table and lamp.

BTW - I have seen some of these with the panel over a foot behind the wall surface.

Boo Hoo

I’ll get your approval for thread titles next time. OK?

I was just kidding with you man

It was indeed a panel behind that door.

So how do you write this up?

What’s to write no one will care anyway.

All you can do is state the 3ft. deep 30" wide workspace requirement and move on.

There were bigger problems in side to be concerned with.

Where is the picture of the panel with the door open?

You’re right the furniture is the least of your problems.

Wow, what a friggin mess.

No Deadfront and wires dangling when the door is open?

No there is a dead front.

that’s still a mess…
