From the grapevine… May 22nd is the expected date that Ohio is to be all based on the NEC 2005.
I can just hear some the Hamilton County Electrical Inspectors from the past–

On May 27th the State of Ohio will have a state wide residential building code. If a jurisdiction adopts “a” code the must use the state building code.
The 2005 NEC will be the electrical code with one tia on swimming pools.
The 2003 International Residential Code from the ICC will give you most of the technical info on code and is cheaper than the Ohio Residential Building Code.
