I believe that this has been covered, I can not find it.
Service panel has a breaker with 2 lines, one to each of the bars.
Wire does not appear to be connected, but rather stuck behind the bar.

I knew it is split buss.
Looks more like the bottom line is not actually attached. or is us just trimmed back too far?
Those are factory connections.
John, do you have an overall shot of the panel interior?
Like Jim said those are factory connections typically soldered directly to the bus.
