RV Electrical Hookup

Yesterday I did a commercial inspection on a KOA (Kampground of America) property where there were approximately 75 spots for RV hookup. Each spot had an electrical box coming out of the ground. Many of the boxes had a 20 amp, 30 amp, and 50 amp breaker with the corresponding receptacle.

For the standard 20 amp breaker and receptacle I would recommend a GFCI, since it was outside; but what about the 30 amp and 50 amp hookups? Do they make 30 amp and 50 amp GFCI breakers? What should I recommend?

Article 551 of the NEC covers the issues for RV parks.

Are you doing a code inspection?

No, I was not doing a code inspection. From my understanding I am not required to determine compliance with local codes or regulations of the property. Am I wrong in this?

It really depends on what your client and you agreed to.
