Sub has breakers installed at angle

It appeared that these two breakers were installed for the sales office in the garage as this was a former Ryland model home. I could not tell if they were still being used. Besides overloading the space is there some other violation here? There was no breaker id.
Also a Siemens main was used with a Square D sub. Does that fly or does it just depend?

Yikes! That is garbage.

Yes…amazing for 550k and get electrical like this. -X

Start over

Those two on the bottom look like 3-phase commercial breakers which get screwed onto the bus. Looks like they used them as line side terminals. It’s a jury-rigged mess.

Needs a new panel with adequate capacity for the branch circuits installed.

Wrong type of breakers
Too mane breakers for the panel
Failure to separate grounded and equipment ground conductors

How well did the dead-front fit?

Those are 3 pole contactors not circuit breakers.
Here’s a 40 amp version:

Quite surprised that it fit well.

Thanks. Did not recognize these. Must have been used for the sales office.

Thanks for the analysis.

It looks like an “electrician” bet his buddy that he could get it all in the box.

Hope you waited on the correct answer from Mr Meier

Hmmm…ironically…
