Two circuits on same wire??

I’m adding some canister light fixtures on a double wide.

The feed to the existing outside light and ceiling fan (14g Romex) shows 114 V on nuetral (to ground) on the fan circuit breaker, and the black wire shows 240, although on the dryer (240 double pole) circuit breaker.

What is up with that?! This wire feeds the outside light, and the ceiling fan fixture in the kitchen. Fan fixture has worked fine for years. Outside light has been burned out for awhile, and hadn’t been used.

Joe this isn’t a DIY forum. Troubleshooting problems can be tricky, my best advice would be to hire a licensed electrician.
