Inspected a 65 year old home that had an abandoned gas furnace in the crawlspace. A new gas furnace was installed in the attic. Do any of you mention this in your report?
If it is not connected to any thing then no It is just another piece of abandon garbage we see so frequently.
I would mention in the report that it was not in use simply to just keep from getting a phone call asking me did I see that furnace in the crawl space
