Age of Slant Fin Boiler

Slant Fin gas-fired boiler GG125HP Ser# 607363.

Thanks in advance -

Whats a boiler???:(

Any afternoon in Tuscon in July

You got that right. It’s only been 97 and I am dying in those dmn attics!

I also hate crawl spaces, so as I charge $59
extra for Manufactured homes. As of next week my prices go up $20 bucks across the board.:D:D

97 already! I don’t like the heat and am not looking forward to attic inspections this summer. My son says it gets up to 130 or so in Iraq. Wonder if they have attics there?

A lot of thread drift but no answer to Bill’s question.

Slant Fin appears to use a sequential number system, so you’ll only be able to get close, at best, and to do that, you have to hope that they sold the same number of units each year.

Here’s what we know:

070141 is from 1971
110033 is from October 1982
141485 is from 1992

So take a guess as to when 607363 was manufactured.

Or call Slant Fin at 905-677-8400 (Ontario, Canada) or at slantcan@aol.com (there is a possibility that both contact methods are no longer active).

Shouldn’t this thread be in the Plumbing Section?

David- Why should a question about a boiler be in the Plumbing Section?

Simply because this forum is HVAC= Forced Hot Air.
The Plumbing forum is relating to water…A boiler is Forced hot water.

No big deal…

HVAC
Heating, Ventalation, Air Conditioning
hot water heat is neat
