Crown boiler

Inspected a Crown boiler manufactured in 1998. The pressure and temperature gauge was recording 25 PSI and 135 to 140 degrees, respectively, when the unit was operating for about 30 minutes. The TPR valve, which was replaced in September, 2013, was found leaking (a bucket, about half full of water, was under the drip leg). In addition, according to paperwork from the seller, the unit was serviced in December, 2013.
This unit also provides for the domestic hot water for the home thru a Bradford White hot water storage tank. The temperature at the kitchen and bathroom faucets was 98 degrees.

I thought that the pressure was too high, the temperature at the unit and faucets was to low. Any comments would be appreciated.
