Is the use of the fire block material an issue here? I believe it’s rated somewhere around 200 degrees. Gas furnace vent on RT and gas WH vent on Lt.
Double wall class B I would say no problem single wall I would have a concern

Is the foam ok?
It did appear to be doubled walled B and was a sloppy foaming job. Furnace did not work (28yro) recommend HVAC service and evaluate.
Read the MFG sticker it clearly states no combustibles within 1 inch for class B To me that means the paper on the dry wall entrance into the attic the tar paper and wood decking at the roof penatration. If foam is flamable it can not be used and most of it is.
Yes it was sloppy work but do you put that in your report
