Looks like that new sticker was put overtop of where the old sticker was to me, maybe?
If I was to guess… Appox 20 years old. It’s also a R22 refrigerant unit which definitely excludes a 2014 production.
Where was that data tag? It may be for a recently replaced fan coil unit.
The correct data tag should be on the inside wall of cabinet
