Radiant floor heat

I get the good ones!!! this was a 5K underground home we did a couple of years ago. There was a 22.5 KW electrical boiler trying to heat this structure. The building on its best day was unable to heat above 60 degrees. The heating tubes had improper spacing distance as per MFG specs and there was no barrier beneath the concrete floor allowing the temp to be absorbed into the soil.

Charley, just curious, how did you determine there was no barrier beneath the concrete floor allowing the temp to be absorbed into the soil? thanks, John

I didn’t I was working with a PE doing the IR and HVAC work and the contractor ratted on himself to the PE. This home was in a law suite and has been settled out of court:D:D
