Yeah… they already know it’s 18.5 years old and able to vote in the Primaries. My report does recommend that since it’s living past its average lifespan, expect to replace it in the near future. A recommendation has also been given for an HVAC tech to do an immediate service on this unit and the same age furnace.
Just making sure that the tonnage is accurate since the Mod# isn’t consistent with the age/capacity charts.

Yes. Model# 10AC42. 42 indicates 3.5 ton.
RLA looks about right for 3 to 3.5 tons.
