Do you engage automated pool covers on a pool inspection?

Same as a garage door IMHO, I want to make sure it opens and closes as expected.

And, depending on how the home/yard is situated, cover material and circumstances, the cover may also be the only protective child barrier installed, and therefore fall under CA code 115922 (a)(3).
