Anyone heard of a "Sterilizing Fog" Treatment for Mold

I have been contacted by a realtor about doing some air samples in a crawlspace that has visible mold growth that is to be mitigated by this company out of Denver. I asked for a copy of the mitigation plan and was sent the information below. I think this is a scam and would like to hear from anyone who may know anything about this company or process.
Thanks,

Mold Removal Express proposes to do the following work…
STERILIZING TREATMENT
• FOG TREATMENT - We will use our NON-TOXIC Micro Mist proprietary technology to kill and
neutralize the exposed mold in the CRAWLSPACE AREA of the building at the above address.
• CLEANING IN CRAWLSPACE IS NOT INCLUDED (but is available if desired as an optional extra).
No mold cleaning will be done in the CRAWLSPACE, HOWEVER, WITH OUR SYSTEM,
THE CLEANING OFF OF MOLD IS NOT NECESSARY AND IS ONLY DONE FOR COSMETIC
PURPOSES – NOT FOR HEALTH REASONS. This is because our system not only kills the mold
but chemically neutralizes the toxins that the mold may have created. Cleaning may be added as an
optional extra.
• If there is any hidden mold in the building which we cannot see or access, and we are not directed to
cut open and remove the drywall to expose it so we can treat it, then our treatment will not be fully
effective and our guarantees would not be valid.

Sounds like it may be one of NT’s newest products :|__)

Could it be this?

Haven’t heard of 'em, but here’s a link to their company for your consideration: http://www.moldremovalexpress.com/
A little odd, because of our dry climate mold isn’t that common of a problem.

Maybe they’re using something like Shockwave?
