Default Septic Dye Test

I have a client requesting a septic dye test. I haven't done ancillary testing yet and I'm not sure what I need to do about the agreement. Should I have a separate agreement for ancillary tests? Does anyone have one they wouldn't mind sharing?
Be gentile, I'm not good at asking for help. Thanks in advance!

Hi Ethan,

Not sure where you are located.
That would be unacceptable as a test in this market area

Septic dye tests are like meth tests. They are great at proving there is something wrong, but can't prove everything is fine.
