hi everyone,
i saw this located along the framing around a garage door opening. is this termite damage? or just likely caused by moisture? the surface below this area is asphalt. unfortunately, this was all that was visible for me to get a picture of.
WITHOUT probing further it looks like wood decay. Did you “dig” into it or just visual. <<MG>> State Lic Termite Operator #2446
