Default Testing for Formaldehyde In Homes

Taking an air sample to test for formaldehyde levels in a home is very simple.

I would have thought that the Lumber Liquidator laminate flooring scandal would have triggered a bunch of sampling. But doesn't seem to be the case.

We saw an influx of wood flooring samples come through at that time - it could have been that people didnt think to call a home inspector for Formaldhyde testing.

Proactively however, inspector could offer up the test if wood flooring is present.
