Default Testing Land for Radon

Hi question here for the Radon pros. I'm asked by a builder if it's possible to test the land before construction for radon.

I know construction itself can create new path for the radon and it's hard to tell how much stack effect the building will create but have you ever setup a tent or shack on land with a small suction and continuous radon monitor and see what result you get?

Thanks
