Default Well Inspection Cert in Wisconsin

I was wondering if anybody knows how to get certified in well inspections in Wisconsin. I can't seem to find any information on how to do it. Any information to point me in the right direction would be helpful.

Wisconsin Well and Pressure System Inspection

The department recommends the use of this form for inspections of well and pressure systems and also.......requires that inspections be performed by licensed well drillers or pump installers when done for compensation in contemplation of a transfer of real property.

Are you a licensed well driller or pump installer?

Effective June 1, 2008 it is required that if a drinking water well inspection is performed for a real estate transfer, it must be done by an individual licensed as a well driller or pump installer. However, there are three county health programs that have authority to perform real estate transfer inspections, and they are Waukesha, Eau Claire, and Trempealeau.
