Default AAVs...Again

Please check out picture. Which drain line do you use to measure the 4 or 6 inch requirement? Is this properly installed? Thanks

It is correct at over 4" above the individual fixture drain ("FIXTURE DRAIN. The drain from the trap of a fixture to the junction of that drain with any other drain pipe.")
