I saw this and thought what is this on the gas line for so I followed the black pipe and it went to the water inlet :shock: it was on both side of the water heater as well.
Bet that water tastes good. :roll:
So what Ken, you get your daily supply of iron and can see how your supplies are holding up by following the rust spots.
I like the needle valve stuck into the pipe, why waste money on copper when black pipe is so cheap?
Not good if you have homochromatosis…
