The first time that I’ve seen this. CSST used for water supply by the water softener installer. Is this new? Anyone know if this is allowed? (Plus I like the way they wrapped the electrical cord around the water pipe too:roll:)
The CSST connectors are perfectly fine. Made for this application.
The use of an extension cord for permanent wiring is not ok. It should have a permanent receptacle installed in the needed location.

Just an FYI. When you start looking for things like this, try the Grainger website. They carry so many different plumbing, electrical and hvac items, it may show up on their search function quicker than going through a google search.
