Ok, i’ve looked at the website on hot water heater ages from serial numbers.
any help with this? the realtor told me it’s NEW

Serial - 0128104380
and product no# - 0826088
i would certainly appreciate any help!!

Whirlpool is manufactured by American. First two digits of the serial # are the year, 2nd two digits are the week of manufacture.
So this was made the 28th week of 2001.
