Discharge line for condensate pump

The discharge line empties into a standpipe. Does it require an air break? It enters the pvc fitting and goes into the pipe. None of it is glued.

My initial thought is that it’s acceptable.
Unless the condensate tube goes all the way into the trap weir.

The reason I question it is because it’s required for the water softener discharge.
