Hi Inspectors,

I just looked at this townhome. This copper pipe was laying on the ground in the crawlspace (It came down from the bathroom). It is laying on the vapor barrier which was partially gone. This should not be laying on the ground should it??? It goes in to a water puddle that is in a pic on my next post.

Hi Greg,

There is no debate about it, that pipe needs removing and replacing with one that is properly supported off the grade.

I agree with Gerry.

It looks like a flooding issue from the sediment on the vapor barrier besides the plumbing issue.
