Default pressure tank system

OK. I see the the pressure tank, 2 pressure switches, gauge, water filters and softner and uv light.

What are the 2 pipes going below grade?
Any other observations or comments are welcome.

How old is the house and are there water sources at any outbuildings?

One could be a faucet run out to a building or garden, or possibly an old well source.

There is a shed with pool equipment and the garage has a wash down station that appears to be fed from below grade so that explains the below grade piping. Thanks.

Still curious about some the other piping and valves. The seller has no idea. I have recommended that my buyer client get an evaluation from a well contractor.

Thanks

Good idea, especially if your buyer is unfamiliar with well operation and maintenance.
