This home is fed by a spring all gravity fed no pump… I don’t understand how the home has pressure like it does all just because of gravity? This was only thing I observed in the basement and I have no clue what I was looking at. The owner advised he has no clue he never touched it just was always there.

We used one in the country many years ago water runs non stop cool in summer did not freeze in winter
