I have an inspection coming up and the client has concerns about a sunken bathtub flush with the floor. Not having much experience with a floor level tub what if any concerns should I be looking for beside the obvious plumbing problems. Client is concerned with safety issues.
They’ve seen it it sounds like. You can get hurt in any bathtub. Nothing special as far as inspection goes.
The biggest concern I would have is how is the tub supported. Particularly if it is was installed as part of a bathroom remodel.
