I sat back and relaxed then flushed
Tank was not bolted properly on all toilets in this three bath condo, they all gushed when flushed, but only when you sat back
Unfortunately homeowner used them this way and floors/base/walls were damaged badly…watch how you inspect

Barry, If you are going to use one of those things to relax and relieve, it is not designed to be a lounge chair, you probably over exercised the tension of the bolt connection between the tank and the flush. ha. ha.
You should differ from using the sellers property to relieve yourself on paid time.
