Vent pipe to low ...Question

A Tankless Water Heater installed on the side yard of the property.
the vent piping is exhausting at about 6 foot …it would be in your face.
Is this ok for a tankless water heater? or should the vent pipe be ran higher?

Did you check to see if that unit was approved for outside. That is an indoor direct vent unit.

I can’t tell what model that is, but I am sure this is a noncompliant installation, and the vent termination has nothing to do with it.
