I heard this one Explode, house was located a block from my rental home.

They demolished the house instead of trying to make repairs, I can understand why, it even tore the neighbors house apart.

I walked over and took pictures after the Fire Dept. came.

Tremendous energy…!!

They attributed it to a faulty TPRV I believe.

I don’t think it was the TPR valve. I think someone put a shut off valve on the hot water line…:roll:
