I thinking it’s something with the sprinkler system. House has been sitting for a year. winterization? Rainbird timer are in garage but no sprinkler heads in yard or beds.

yea usually a vacuum breaker gets taken out for additional freeze protection and theft. sloppy location for the shutoffs though, being up agaist the building.
