Our inspection didn’t reveal some hidden basement wall damage (step cracks in block foundation wall). The wall is bowed in, under 2". Two companies have come and recommended an interior French drain plus carbon fiber straps to guarantee no further movement. A 3rd company recommended the French drain but wall anchors instead of carbon fiber straps. Their estimate was also about $5-6k less than the other companies…
