When there is drywall or paneling against basement wall

… then you would NOT see the water dripping down from the top//above the wall, you’d only see water on the basement FLOOR, puddling on the floor and you would think and the interior basement drainage terds will tell you… you have a hydrostatic pressure problem under the floor when obviously that is NOT the case… got it? Need to see part of the wall behind drywall…
