Foundation crack after winter

Hi all,

Looking for some advice on the severity of this crack. House is 35 years old.

Is roughly 1/8" width, discovered after winter snow melt (New England) under deck. Somewhat obscured by trellis. Appears to be where original structure basement meets addition built on slab (cold joint?). Wondering if this should be a structural concern and contact an engineer? Or a contractor for waterproofing/sealing?

No sticking windows or doors, but home appears to have an abnormal number of new nail pops and showing tape seams in external and internal walls. New England had a pretty brutal winter this year, so not sure if this was the cause.

Thanks.
