Hello all.
I am currently building a new home in Colorado with Oakwood Homes and have walked the basement to find the I beams are being supported by tons of shims. It appears that they didn’t notch the foundation to the right elevation for the beams. How should this be repaired?

Best bet, contact an engineer. 
Sorry, but this is not a do-it-yourself forum for free information. If you have an issue with your builder, I recommend you hire a qualified home inspector and have them perform phase inspections for you during construction. They can recommend the proper course of action basing their opinion with onsite evaluations, not pictures.
