Leaky bedroom in basement tri level, mold n efflorescence

Note— 1:10 mold on backside of drywall, NOT on front side, got that? What does that mean Uncle Bubb’s? Well helllllo, that means just because a homeowner or home inspector etc may not see any mold on their drywall in basement does not EVER mean there isn’t some mold on the OTHER side, got that? Sheesh man.

An honest competent waterproofing contractor WILL remove some of the drywall in order to determine the homeowners actual–problem(s), got that?

The inside drainage system terds WON’T remove drywall, except maybe after you’ve given them the fricken job and then they may remove the BOTTOM 6–12", costing you MUCH more money than what may be necessary AND they aren’t stopping the water from where it’s FIRST ENTERING!! Sooooo they aren’t going to stop–prevent further mold! lol

Outside openings in brick ledge and there are deteriorated mortar joints ABOVE the brick ledge going UP towards the roof, ALL these openings MUST be sealed correctly in order to stop the water from entering which is causing the damn mold problem, helllloooo! (Yes there were many deteriorated, leaky rod holes). THREE ways water has been entering here.
So the interior drainage terds will charge you between $5,000–20,000 versus what we charged less than $1,500 and that $1,500 STOPPED the water from entering.
