They claim, like too many others, “More often than not, a properly installed gutter system will alleviate any wet basement…” Yeah sure okay if you say so, must be true.
1:40 Step crack in foundation wall near edge of basement window, noooooo THAT or other possible exterior cracks in the basement wall wouldn’t be the problem, oh no. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FkdIJkWv9hw)
If there were no exterior cracks or cracked parging etc in foundation walls or above basement walls the basement wouldn’t leak
Why don’t they tell YOU, the real reason they did the video, to push leafffffffyguard onto peeps watching it. sheesh
Rochester MI, homeowner leaked in one area near corner… here is what the inside block wall looked like day of job https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8gOBD4aq6Q) “Painted wall with Drylok”
Here is why it leaked, homeowners son already raised and sloped the grade and added long downspout extension

The basement didn’t leak and have some mold, efflorescence on some blocks because of some supposed knothead problem or need for NEW GUTTERS, downspouts
So leafffyguard and others make videos or tell homeowners all they need to do is get new gutters, raise and slope the grade huh? No thought to identify/determine how-why-where the water is allowed to get in, no thought process on that.
Grosse Pointe Shores, homeowner already tried raising and sloping the grade, where did that get them?
How about openings/gaps left around a gas line on the outside, ever think something like this may allow water in, huh? sheesh loolll https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3dsL-RQeEOA)
Nothing could stop the FOREST FIRE, except…maybe… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lfABnAS5i9Q)
