A quick challenge. With a prize.

Can you see the problem just from this one photo? It’s not too hard. Just a little race for the late night NACHI users.

And there’s a $20 gift card to Dunkin Donuts in it for the first one to correctly guess both the cause and resulting issue.

I’ll check back in a bit to see if we have any bites.

Sagged lintel above garage vehicle door, cause could be over spanning. Looks like the right side of the door is also damaged.

It originally had two overhead doors, with center support post. Post removed leaving undersized header bowing at center.

pass the gc to a local charity
the sag appears to be from a conversion from double to single door and a removed supporting center column
what’s left of center at the gutter?

Sweet.
I just saw this and was trying to figure that one.

You both should win.

Back to my real reports…lol
Why the heck I come here to look at issues when I am in the middle of them is beyond me.

Chris gets it! Both the correct cause and result. Nice.

Here’s what the genius did to the inside of the header. That pesky thing was in the way of his door.

Chris, just PM me the address where you want the DD card sent.

The patched hole in the concrete gave it a way.

It’s only supporting a *few *roof trusses. :stuck_out_tongue:

I think that gutter holds water in the center also

Good job.

Good one thanks Cameron
