Can you tell me how concerned I should be on a scale of 1-10 about cracking through cement blocks shown in these photos? They appear at the corner of a home where there is a tuck under a garage. Is this a case where the wall needs to be replaced, or could be repaired. I’m also wondering what the cost for this repair might be. Any ideas?
