Bubba poured is correct. The word laid was an mistake. I was envisioning the wet crack narrative several posts back and what I would be most likely be doing. Sorry I had laid on my mind. .
Who started that? ....It was a slip of the proverbial tongue.
Oh dam...there I go again.

Marcel and Jim,
what years gents?
I started at 8,22 back in 1976.
Mechanically floated a floor but was no titled to. The finisher let me try the unit and did most trades men I worked with.

$1.59 and $2.00 an hour, I take it was some time ago.

HA HA HA HA.
Marcel you are a man of reality.

God loves Bubba.
I personally thank God he came to our message board.

July is still 2 months away.
I can see good results before then.

Marcel, $8.22 an our in 1976.
That was my starting rate.

I almost became a box car man at CP yards. $6.83.
I would have lost my job months later I found out.
Go figger.

I think I made the right move.

Ran estimate fer yet another homeowner who just doesn't 'get it', doesn't believe me/my photos etc and had Everdry out BEFORE me who, OF COURSE lolol, wants to do an interior system....ok sir, whatever you like just please stop wasting my g dang time!

Just a couple on Everdry....
Unfair SALES Practice? <----- you'd best believe it
http://www.indiananewscenter.com/new.../83022467.html
Homeowner said, oh well gee they're supposedly one of the biggest, lol
Sooooooooooooooooooooooooo what!!!!! Biggest rip offs is more like it man, g dammmmittt. You don't wanna learn, don't want the TRUTH then....fine!!!

Attorney general wants to what...? Shttt, they'll need to shut down about 99% of these companies if they REALLY want to clean up this trade!!!!!!
http://www.theindychannel.com/news/s...ing-businesses

Here, another stupid azz, incompetent interior basement system installed.......i ask the entire PLANET.....now what? Go ahead n listen to these inside system co's, just do not EVER call my az afterwards....ty.
http://picasaweb.google.com/10104903...aterproofing41
Click each pic to ENLARGE......use ARROW on RIGHT of each photo (middle) to forward

For those who still don't get it......inside system was installed, they told previous homeowner all the same shtt/crap,lies etc!!!

So now ya have your pizz azz interior system and basement still leaks, cracks widening, more mold and more efflorescence....just for YOU! At the low ball price of $15,000++

I think some people cannot imagine Bubba knows waaay the fc more than the supposed BIG interior system companies.....well, g dammmmiitt, i do AND...i'm friggin HONEST! (so does J McEwen and Cappzio and a handful of others)
So you peeps, go ahead and keep calling and hiring these sukk azz'z, just don't ever call me when ya need someone in court etc.

....Diamond Industries Inc, which does business as Tri-State Basement Systems....
The defendants also failed to properly fix leaks throughout the home, leading to water damage that has resulted in mold growth....defendants failed to return and correct the situation.

'Musty basement'

How about this basement What's BEHIND some drywall n paneling.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XpjI6FsBKc
The plastic and a nice mushroom scent inside, just what you always wanted.

My 2 cents, don't put plastic inside, near-against basement walls.

What we all also do NOT know when inspecting/eyeballing basement walls is, did the builder even bother to PARGE the exterior of block, brick walls.

This is ummm pretty important eh
If exterior walls weren't parged then there is ZERO protection against water intrusion (or roots,insects.....see that lil shtt ANT go in joint?)

Only thing that looks like it helped here(outside) was, SAND backfill.

What are/were some BUILDERS thinking....no parging.
Same goes for block CRAWLSPACE walls, every one we've seen had NO parging......................why?!?!? How much would THAT cost, lolol.

1:05. lil root inside.....how,where can they GET IN? Well umm, see 3:10--3:30. It's also where some OR most of the water is FIRST entering into the block wall at-near corner.

3:45.....yes those JOINTS above and below grade do allow water into blocks and into basement.

Also 3:45, if you go full screen you'll see that friendly lil ANT,joint.

3:35 ish he says/thinks....'nothing further down'.
And around 4:15 says, 'that's the problem area right there'.
Agaian, it may be most of the problem but he should did it all the way down n waterproof everything in this area......he hasn't yet brushed/scraped the wall and joints(can see better eh) and already know there's no parging so it needs to be done.

Fear he'll have some future problems....leaks in other areas eh.

Sometimes am told when a basement still leaks that a homeowner or a contractor previously/recently waterproofed a corner or other section of a wall when the truth is, they did NOT waterproof the ENTIRE corner etc all the way DOWN. So while ya got the bittttch open and your already dirty etc, waterproof ALL please, ty.

Yep, lil roots can and do sometimes grow into-through exterior cracks, cracked parging and sometimes widen duh crack
http://picasaweb.google.com/10104903...57818581558402

Other times, bigger tree roots can grow against--a---foundation wall, could cause cracks in wall or cause cracks in exterior parging and that allows water etc to enter basement
http://picasaweb.google.com/10104903...18033213448674

And umm ....does installing ANY interior system with 500 sumps pumps remove any exterior roots off wall, out of joints and cracks? No sir.

.....it's natures way of telling you somethings wrong
