Why some home inspectors need to cough up their inspection fee

And why Mark friggin Anderson NO—LIKEY some HI’s, all interior system companies etc… got that?
When some give very poor advise to unknowing homeowners, buyers, sellers… it’s cost THEM $$$$, duh!!

Here’s a home inspector giving very poor advise. If you don’t know this subject then either learn it or, shut your pie hole and stop giving this kind of incompetent, negligent advise man, g dang.

He says, 9 times out of 10 the efflorescence etc on the basement walls is because of… poor drainage. NONSENSE, total incompetence on this subject!
9 times out of 10 this HI and any others like him need to LOSE their inspection fees and sometimes need to be sued, that’s right.

Same here, another HI yapping crap about efflorescence etc

This guy says to PAINT the wall and re-grade, more incompetence/negligent.

You are not experts on this subject so, duhhhhh… WHY go there!?

Here is a ‘flood drying guy’, lool and… he ‘gets it’ a bit better than the two home inspectors above BUTT, around the 2:30 mark he screws up and says, use a better sealer on the inside, lool. Yeah, he fails to see, to understand that most of these problems are because there are openings on the outside of a basement wall OR above the basement wall and so re—grading or painting/sealing the inside walls or installing an interior system will NOT stop further water/moisture intrusion.
In fact, that black membrane you see in the last video is, an inside system!!!@!!!@## Idiots!

The following are photo albums of the same/similar efflorescence, basement wall discolorment and what was needed to STOP it that ALL of the above failed to recognize… click any photo to ENLARGE that photo
http://picasaweb.google.com/101049034584960315932/BasementWaterproofing46 see the efflorescence etc on the block walls from inside duh basement?

http://picasaweb.google.com/101049034584960315932/BasementWaterproofing29 here, walls were PAINTED, did that help anything, solve anything? Nope.
See the exterior openings? Duh!

http://picasaweb.google.com/101049034584960315932/BasementWaterproofing72 here another HI failed to do his job, dang skippy. Walls were painted etc on the inside, grade was raised on the outside and WHO got screwed? As usual, the BUYERS. They sued and rightly so.

How about here in Harper Woods MI, an interior system was installed that cost the homeowner $15,000… re–grading or painting the walls nor the stupid incompetent fraudulent interior basement system solves/waterproofs/seals ANY of the actual problems that are exterior cracks in the block walls and other exterior openings!!@!!#@!#@
http://picasaweb.google.com/101049034584960315932/BasementWaterproofing41

STEP CRACK visible on interior basement wall… the VERTICAL crack is not but sure as shtt exists, is OPEN, on the friggin outttttttside!!! And re------grading or mudjacking slabs or painting the inside basement walls does NOT stop water from entering because that DUMB shtt does NOT repair/aterproof the cracks!!@!!! looolllll god, some supposedly smart people yet soooo stupid on this subject!

Couple of short videos, first we have another interior basement system that was installed $$$$$$, did it stop the water from entering through the ACTUAL problems on the outside? Nope. Did it stop-prevent efflorescence, mold etc on the inside blocks? No, god no… wake up people

In this video one will see what are OFTEN the actual problems that most often are NOT identified and so when they aren’t identified, they aren’t fixed!!! Morons.

Please tell Mark Anderson and all the homeowners some HI’s and interior basement system companies have screwed over, tell us how re–grading fixes/waterproofs ANY of the actual problems, exterior cracks etc…go ahead.
Tell us all how painting the inside walls waterproofs any of the exterior cracks, other openings?
Tell us all how installing any interior basement system waterproofs the exterior cracks etc, go ahead.

What makes some home inspectors think they know this-subject, please do tell. Where does their EXPERT experience come from? Huh?
Tell this senior woman how your HI advice of re–grading or installing an interior basement system or 100’ long downspout ext’s or painting the stupid block walls would repair/waterproof her actual exterior cracks and other openings… morons

I don’t see 1 stinky Nachi video (and you folks have quite a few videos right) informing their newbie inspectors or others on what is in our videos which, duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, is the truth and what they need to know, god almighty
