I recently saw a copy of an updated (new?) Carslon Dunlop book “Principals of Home Inspection - Systems & Standards”, which the big attraction for me was they have a companion New York Supplement which is specific to the new (1/1/06) licensing law/requirements here in NY.
I will be going through it to see what I think, but I always liked the CD graphics (the old NACHI TOD updated) which the book is loaded with, and I particularly like the idea of a supplement that addresses the new NY licensing provisions and legal issues. Is this an updated version of the better known CD “Home Reference Book”?
Any comments on these books before I go through them. They look pretty good on the surface, but would like some feedback.
